Villa Rambutan is built in 730-square meters of tropically landscaped backyard. constructed in three independent edifices, the villa has three bedrooms, a master suite with an inside toilet as well as a private outdoor shower for nature fans.

The biggest building houses the big open plan living and dining area, a totally independent kitchen along with a big dining terrace perfect for alfresco dishes, which overlook the pool. An outdoor Sala and verdant tropical gardens complete the villa.

With 24-hour Estate security, the Villa is extremely safe and personal and may be self-contained once the gates are shut. Due to the layout of the estate the villas offer great privacy.

Villa Rambutan has Cable Television, DVD-player, CD playing ability and complimentary broadband Wifi. In addition, it features a fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, dishware, glassware and so on for 6 visitors. Additionally there is a tennis court in the Estate that is open to all guests staying in Villa Rambutan.
