The chamber in the first floor has garden and sea views. On another degree, double doors open on to a large games area with a pool dining table, appealing vintage wood artifacts, as well as a fitness center. Several stairways to the medial side of the double doorways lead to the dwelling and pool space.

The living level has a contemporary fully-fitted western kitchen. There’s a big American- style double refrigerator, a built in SMEG microwave oven, a breakfast bar along with a filter system that delivers safe tap water. The big hardwood table is placed in an open-sided space just off the kitchen and will comfortably seat up to 10-12 diners. In addition, there are high seats provided for young kids.

Past the kitchen is the open-plan living space that is tastefully furnished with comfortable couches and fascinating artifacts. Beyond this dwelling hardwood, double doors lead into a private lounge/Television area that has reddish walls and fashionable artwork and decorations. This chamber comes with an office space with desk and PC, a flat-screen television, surround-sound, I-pod docking station as well as a DVD-player. At the entrance of the kitchen/lounge area is a backyard living space using fashionable water characteristics, a hammock and cozy seating location overlooking the swimming pool and ocean views. Steps lead down either side of the living space to the pool and patio. The north-facing pool patio offers both sunlit and shaded areas during the day along with comfy sun loungers that function hydraulically controlled backrests.

Two outside showers can be found in the pool. The attractively adorned blue room has modern white wardrobes, a tea and coffee-making space, a mini refrigerator as well as a twin sink shower-room with WC. The chamber on the other side comes with an attractive outdoor living space with comfy couches and outstanding views. There’s another big and comfy couch in the chamber that comes with a fashionable high-end four poster bed.
