Chaweng Noi, where the villa is located, is frequently seen as the Beverly Hills of Koh Samui, is just a short, 12-minute drive from the airport, a 7-minute drive  supermarkets like Tesco, Big C and Makro. Its also just a 5 minutes drive to the the Bangkok International Hospital.

The nearest beach is a 3km stroll from the villa. Villa Jaliza is safely placed in a gated neighborhood a peaceful and quiet escape from the busy Koh Samui nightlife.
